　　转眼间，我想到了这样一个故事，讲的是上海的一位出租车司机，他在机场等待客人乘车。结果，等来了一个白皮肤、蓝眼睛的外国人。他开心得不得了。可是这外宾要去的地方却只需要拐个弯就到的路程。虽然司机是多么的不乐意。他等了两个多小时，就只能赚到一个起步价的钱，但是他还是态度很好的接待了客人。这位外宾因也受过拒载，有过象我们一样的遭遇，对司机能有这样好的态度，既惊讶又佩服。临时决定，要司机带他回公司。要知道这位客人的公司有很远，足足跨过半个上海。司机是靠他良好的态度，优质的服务，得到了乘客的信任和奖赏，足足赚上了一笔。
