　　过了几个星期，种子们破土而出，开出了鲜艳的花朵。花香能飘到几公里外的地方。

　　有一天花园的主人闻香而来，发现了那几朵雪莲。他欣喜若狂，拿出最好的肥料施给那些花，到几公里外的地方取泉水浇灌。渐渐的地，矮树也从中得益，长得越来越高，有一天超过了那棵大树。它时时感恩，用自己的叶子给花儿遮阳。再看看那棵大树，虽然是盛夏季节，却因缺少呵护，只剩下歪歪曲曲的枯枝，到最后竟枯死了。

　　短文是讲一头老驴不慎跌入了一口深井，它的主人发现后，因想不出好办法把它救出来，竟然把全村人叫来帮他用沙子将驴子埋了，驴子见了很慌张，苦苦嘶鸣，但是过了一会儿又不叫了，原来驴子急中生智，将洒在身上的沙子都抖落在地上，然后迅速踩进，随着沙子增多，驴子逃了出去。

　　读了这篇短文，我感慨万千，在面对逆境时，态度决定命运。我决定向那些奇怪的xx们挑战。

　　在集训时，我刻苦训练，认真听老师讲解。

　　回家后，除了吃饭，我所有的时间，都用在打小军鼓。背谱子是最大的难点，太绕嘴了，我把妈妈叫来，叫她看着谱，我来背，妈妈也犯难了，她不会，我就教妈妈识谱，把妈妈教会后，我就对着她背，妈妈点头我就继续往下背，妈妈摇头我就重新背。两个月过后，我熟练的背下了四首曲子。

　　去年12月9日，我身穿校服，以饱满的精神状态，和同学们成功的演奏了5首曲子，并且受到领导一致好评。

　　读了《井底的驴》后，更让我明白了这个道理，态度决定一切，在学打小军鼓时，假如我一个劲的哭，有什么用，我们应该相信，只要你努力了，一切都会改变。
