  Especially these days, being a responsible employee is not only a tremendous asset to any company. This quality is also very important to you because it makes you to get a satisfied.job and more chances to get promotion. I think there are two mainly performances of responsibility that employee should have.

  1. A responsible employee must perform the duties of their job to the best of their ability.

  This one is pretty obvious. If an employee does not perform the duties of his or her job to the best of their ability, they will not be employed for very long. Especially when you are hired by a company for a specific position, your responsibility to perform yourself will be very important for your career life. And further more, it means that as a responsible employee, it is not enough to just be present at your place of work and to do your job and then think about what you can get from the company. When you work for a company, the relationship always go both ways. What I mean by this is that when you always keep in mind how you can help the company thrive and prosper, , then the company may grow up and give you more chances and more payback. There is one famous sentence: vividly explains this, that is:“your company is your ship in the ocean”. So a responsible employee must perform the duties of their job to the best of their ability.

  2. A responsible employee must be able to get along well with all the other groupmates especially your company is your ship in the ocean”. So a responsible employee must perform the duties of their job to the best of their ability.with their manager or supervisor.

  This quality is especially important in the workgroup. If a manager sees that an employee is behaving negatively and not being able to get along well with the other groupmates, this is a sign that you will be removed .not after a long time. And you don’t want it to happen do you? It is critical that an empl`oyee should gets along well with the other groupmates Because when they get along well with the others, this is a win-win situation for both sides. Both for you and the company. It makes you effectively join the teamwork and exploit you talents. For the company ,It directly helps improve work efficiency and creat more value. But on the other hand, if you are not able to get along well with the others at the place you work, this will add tensions in the office. Of course the quality of team work will start to suffer. This is seriously irresponsible for your company. so Make sure that you do the best you can get along well with all the groupmates when you want to be a. responsible employee.
