　　today, as people live a better life, they chase for more enjoyment. we can see from the news that when the holiday comes, there are so many people gather in the scenery site. people like to travel today, they can take a plane, take the bus or even take a bike. on my opinion, the best way to travel is by train. first, it is very cheap. compare with other ways, such as plane and bus, train is less expensive, people can save a lot of money. besides, taking the train is much safer. people don’t have to worry about crush, which is more happen in the plane or bus. second, we can enjoy the scenery in the train. though the train is very slow, we can have a good sight of the beautiful scenery, when we go to tibet, we can see different colors and different mountains during the trip. taking the train is the best way to travel.

　　今天，随着人们过上更好的生活，人们追求更多的娱乐。我们可以从新闻上看到当节假日来临的时候，很多人聚集在景点。现在，人们喜欢旅游，他们可以坐飞机，坐巴士甚至骑单车。在我看来，最好的旅游方式是坐火车。第一，这很便宜。和其他方式，如飞机和巴士，坐火车便宜很多，人们可以省下很多钱。而且，做坐火车也更加安全。人们不用担心坠毁，这更多地发生在飞机和巴士上。第二，我们可以在火车上欣赏风景。虽然火车很慢，我们可以好好看看美丽的风景，当我们去西藏的时候，可以在旅途中看到不同的颜色和不同的大山。坐火车是最好的旅游方式。

　　My favourite colour is green,we can see the colour everywhere:tree leaves are green,grass is green and so on.Green is also a healthy colour,during our lives,we seeing this colour more often is good for our eyes,and why we don't called those natural food like "Red Food","Blue Food" or "Purple Food"? So you can understand how impotant it is.Green means life,hope youth and etc.That's my favourite colour:Green,I hope more and more people will like green like me. Thanks for listing!

　　A man who is careful in choosing friends will certainly derive benefit from them. Why? Because there are more false friends than real ones in this world. To have one real friends is better than a hundred false ones. Friends who flatter you to your face are not true friends.

　　We must make friends with those who have good character and kindness of heart. On the other hand, we should do our best to a void keeping company with bad people.

　　HOW EXERCISE HELPS

　　If our bodies are not strong, our spirit to do things will certainly be quite dull. And at the same time, we are lack of energy (ies) to study. Diseases will only attack the weak, but not the strong. Why are our bodies not strong? Because we do not pay attention to exercise. For this reason, we students must often take different kinds (sorts) of exercise in the gym.

　　Exercise helps us (to) strengthen our bodies and avoid disease. It also teaches us cooperation, for most exercise is played by team.

　　运动的利益

　　如果我们的身体不强壮，我们做事的精神一定会十分迟钝。而且同时，我们也缺少足够的精力来读书。疾病只为侵击体弱的人而不是强壮的人。为什么我们的身体会不强壮呢?因为我们不注意运动。基于此种理由，我们学生必须时常在运动场做不同种类的运动。

　　运动帮助我们强壮身体并避免疾病。它也教我们合作，因为大多数的运动都是团体游玩的。

　　Good morning.Ladies and gentlemen, it's my honor to be here today to give you this speech. My name is Coco. I'd like to talk about job satisfaction. I have divided my talk into three parts:firstly,the importance of job satisfaction; secondly,the factors of job satisfaction;finally,how to achieve job satisfaction.

　　Now, let's start with the first part: the importance of job satisfaction.

　　A job provides an individual with the necessary means to remain satisfied in almost every aspect of life such as leisure,health and social life.Several key factors are thought to be critical for an employee to achieve job satisfaction.

　　Let's turn to the second part: the factors of job satisfaction. A reasonable salary is of course the most important factor in job satisfaction.In many people's minds,an ideal job is first of all a well-paid one, which makes the employee feel that he is fairly rewarded for what he has done for the company.Another important element of job satisfaction is the nature of the job itself. Job satisfaction can never be achieved if the employee's education , skills and interests.Finally,job satisfaction is closely associated with being part of the decision-making process in the company as well as having opportunities for promotion.

　　Let's leave that there, now, let's come to the last part: how to achieve job satisfaction. for an individual employee,finding the right job and trying to stay positive might be the first step towards achieving job fulfillment and satisfaction.

　　I'll briefly summarize the main parts. Let me just run over the key points again. Firstly,the importance of job satisfaction;secondly,the factors of job satisfaction;finally,how to achieve job satisfaction.

　　In conclusion, job satisfaction plays an important role in the company and individual.It is the key index to influence the company performance.So we should try our best to achieve it.

　　Good morning！ As you know and see， it is a sunny bump harvest season。 In the city， in our school campus， everywhere is surrounded with roses which we together planted 4 years ago。 Today may these roses and our friendship as well be together and comfort our excited hearts！

　　It was four years ago that everyone of us came from every part of China and formed a new collective。 As we are young， it’s very easy for us to communicate。 It was in the past four years that we were ambitious。 It was in the past four years that we worried。 It was in the past four years that we were content。 It was in the past four years that we were vexed。 It was in the past four years that we were friendly and lonely 。。。 and it was in the past fours that we studied， lived and respected each other with genuine and with our ambitions。 Nothing in the world is more significant than we miss all of these。

　　We miss you─teachers who are tireless in teaching； we will keep your gestures and your white hairs in our hearts deeply； we will miss the quietness with the lights at night in the classroom； we will miss the race and exercise on the playground； we will miss even the crowds in the dining hall and the quarrel on the beds； we will still miss every green piece and every piece of waste paper flying like flakes in the air 。。。 However， today we will leave nothing but the first rose with our Alma Mater and our teachers which is entrusted with our love and respect。

　　4 years seems very long but 4 years seems very short。 From now on， we all will go into the society。 The society is broad and wide for us。 We will shoulder heavy responsibilities； we will work diligently； and we will expect to be informed of good news from one another。 Now， I beg you all to cherish the occasion； to remember the names， the status， appearance and the character of the person around you。 Now let’s be hand in hand together； let’s present the rose to each other。 May the rose carry our appreciation and blessing！ We are very closely linked no matter what the world may be。 May the fresh rose in our hands keep its fragrants！

　　4年前，大家从天南海北来到这里，组成了一个新的集体。年轻的心是最容易相通的，尽管4年中有追求有失落，有得意有烦恼，有欢乐有忧虑，有友爱有孤寂。。。。。。但我们都曾怀着真诚而美好的初衷去学习、生活、相爱，没有什么比这些更有意义，更令我们怀念。

　　我们怀念每一位诲人不倦的老师，你们的手势或白发会刻在我们的记忆中；怀念教室里的静夜苦读，运动场上的奔跑跳跃，甚至食堂里的拥挤和高低床上的争论；怀念每一块绿地和每一片风中飘零的废纸。。。。。。今天，我们没有更好的礼物留下，这第一朵玫瑰，就献给我们的母校和老师，她寄托着大家的热爱和敬意！

　　4年很久，4年也很匆匆。以后的日子，大家又要飞，天高地阔，任重道远，我们将在躬身的劳作中和奉献中等候着彼此的好消息。现在，请珍惜和永远记住这一时刻，记住你左边和右边的任何一个人吧，记住他（她）们的姓名、仪表和特点，请让我们彼此握手，彼此赠佩一朵玫瑰，让她表达我们的感谢和祝福。不管地老天荒，我们彼此息息相关，我们的手指上永远保留着赠人鲜花的芳香！
