　　尽管大多数人都会使用防晒霜，但是很少人用对了。大家习惯于涂上防晒霜后立即走出房子。这是错误的方式，防晒霜应该要在出去晒到太阳前半个小时就要涂了。而且还需要每隔几个小时就补涂，因为太阳会把防晒霜吸干，失去功效。
