我把花送给姥姥并祝姥姥身体健康，节日快乐。姥姥笑着对我说：“真是长大了，知道孝顺姥姥了！”当我帮姥姥把花插在水里时，我发现这朵大花旁边有一个含苞欲放的小花苞。
今天，我又去了姥姥家，发现这朵大花已经快要凋零了，而它旁边的小花苞已经张开了“小嘴巴”。我问姥爷：“姥爷，这朵花都要凋谢了，为什么还不把它扔了呢？”姥爷回答我，说：“虽然花凋零了，但是，这个小花苞还在努力的生长着。如果扔了它，不就代表我们抛弃了一个期待长大，渴望成长的小生命吗？”姥爷停了停，接着又说：“知道这朵花为什么凋谢吗？”我摇摇头。“那是因为花枝干没有根，所以没有充足的养分。枝干的养分只够一朵花的所需。所以这朵花刚刚长大，就要凋谢，把枝干余下来的养分留给这个花苞。”
姥爷说的这段话让我感触很深，我凝望着这朵快要凋零的花，仿佛看到了我和姥姥在一起。疼爱我的姥姥已经60多岁了，望着她佝偻的背影，我觉得我要快快长大，长大后回报姥姥对我的爱，在这里，我真心得对姥姥说：“祝您天天快乐，身体健康！”
