Since i was an innocent child, i had the idea to be a doctor in the future. I always see the people died in the TV, i feels frustrated about it. Therefore, a dream to be a doctor came into my mind. I want to be the person who can save people's life just like God Jesus.

Attend Graduate School or Find a Job

It has always been a hot topic whether collegians should go on study at a graduate school or just find a job when they graduate. Some people think that students should broaden their knowledge circleand attend graduate school. Some hold that students should find a job to make aliving. In my point of view, I’m for the former for I think student should keep on study to get more knowledge.

To begin with, most students in college just have a comprehensive knowledge which is not professional, so they should keep on studying to become an expert in certain field. If they go to find a jobafter graduate, they may do a bad performance in the job because of the pertinency of the job. Therefore, students should attend graduate school after they graduate.

Second, collegians can get a better paidjob in the future if they attend graduate school. Generally, there are too manyjob seekers with bachelor’s degree, so they are paid little when they find job sat the first time. However, students with master’s degree are paid more thanthe bachelor’s degree when they find a job for the first time. Moreover, many companies prefer to hire students with a higher degree, so the master’s degree holders will be the priority of recruiters compared with the bachelors.

In conclusion, when students graduate, itis good for them to attend graduate school in order to become more professionalin their area and get a better job in the future.

  Should Retirement Age Be Postponed?

Based on a recent survey on the Internet, a majority of inpiduals admit that aging society will bring a variety of problems to their life. Along with the trend of longevity, it has become a trend for people to debate whether it is wise to postpone retirement age.

Some people favor postponing the retirement age. In their eyes, it is this policy that enables the aging society to build up enough work-force. As a matter of fact, people in mounting numbers have come to realize this problem in an aging society. Even so, others hold a different view that postponing retirement age carries some risks. This policy can bring old people stress, but cannot arouse their enthusiasm for work, and cannot help them to enjoy their retirement pension.

I am convinced that we should balance old people’ interest and this aging society. Thus, if those seniors have enthusiasm for work, we should educate, advocate and encourage them to work and perform their tasks. If we try our utmost to do so, the future of old people’ life will be promising, hopeful and rosy.

Work is more important than high salary.

Most people love having jobs where they earn a lot of money. Unfortunately, they do not always enjoy doing these. It seems apparent that being happy with one's job is much more important than having a high salary. Doing a job you enjoy, no matter what the salaries are, makes a difference in how well you perform it. In other words, having high job satisfaction can help you become a better worker. This summer, my brother worked as a part-timer at a fast-food restaurant; however, he could not stand serving various customers, especially young children. All he thought about was when he would finish and get to go home. Because he did not like his job, he was not very good at it, and many customers often complained about the service he provided. Not being happy with one's job frequently results in poor work. Being satisfied with your job makes it more meaningful than any amount of money ever could. In fact, if one thinks he or she is employed in a meaningful job, going to work every day will get so much easier. My uncle is an advertising executive, and his wife is a teacher. He makes a lot more money than her, but he is not very happy at his job. Every morning, he feels like he goes to war since he is pressured to compete with rival companies and ever with his colleagues. His wife, on the other hand, is totally fulfilled by her job despite the fact that she makes a small salary. She always finds it pleasant to go to teach her pupils. It just proves that job satisfaction is more crucial to happiness than a high salary. People who are happy at work have much less stress than those who dislike their jobs. Happiness is definitely one of the best cures for stress. When I take the subway to school every morning, I often hear people complaining about their jobs. They complain about their hours, bosses, and salaries. They have too much stress. My mother, a daycare center worker, on the other hand, loves her job and rarely has any stress. This seems to make her much happier and healthier than most people. In conclusion, it is more important to be happy at a job because enjoying working, being satisfied with one's job, and having less stress are all more valuable than earning a large salary. When choosing a profession, people should do what they enjoy, not what pays the most.
