鸟儿长大了，就应该在蔚蓝的天空中展翅高飞;鱼儿长大了，就应该在广阔的海洋中自由穿梭;人长大了，就应该在坎坷的人生道路上独立面对困难。
俗话说“在家靠父母，出门靠朋友。”但我觉得最主要的还是应该靠自己。我们不能总是去依赖别人，一些事情我们应该自己去面对。只有养成这样的习惯，那么当你身临困境而又无人可依靠时，你才不会束手无策。像我上一次，放学回家后发现父母都不在家中，此时的我饥饿万分。虽然我那时还从未做过饭，但我还是主动拿起锅勺做饭。我从冰箱中拿出了一些面条和蔬菜，便照着母亲往常煮面时的做饭，开炉烧水，煮起了面来。其实，这也不失为是一种“独立自主”的表现。
在现在的社会中，许多孩子就缺乏这种“独立自主”的习惯。父母总是给予孩子们“衣来伸手，饭来张口”的生活，什么事都替他们包办。久而久之，就会使其儿女养成十分懒惰的性格，并且还会只知享乐，而没有生存的本领。一昧依赖父母的人是经不起生活考验的!
在我的体验中，我觉得一个人的成长就像是一棵树的生长，这棵树只有学会了独立自主，才能把很少的养分转化为巨大的能量，深深扎根，茁壮生长，才能经得起风吹雨打的考验。

在发布会现场，媒体提前看了节目片花，李湘和王岳伦的女儿王诗龄，虽然是5个孩子里年纪最小的一个，但却继承了妈妈李湘的领导才能，人美嘴甜独立性强，完全可以不让爸爸担心和照顾，更是在和其他小伙伴合作完成任务的时候，妥妥当当又让自己特别轻松地完成了任务，被现场观众评为“情商最高的孩子”。
不过这个小姑娘似乎也有点“情窦初开”，由于在之前的录制中已经和林志颖的儿子Kimi成为好朋友，当在红毯上再次见到“黑米哥哥”时，兴奋得短裙子都飞起来了，趁大人不注意的时候，偷偷吻了Kimi的小脸，羞红了脸的两个孩子紧紧抱在一团，可爱的模样让全场都乐坏了。

在我们青少年的成长历程中，势必会遇到一些危险。即使你在爸爸妈妈的精心呵护下，也得经得住生活的考验。我的成长路途中也是如此……
有一次暑假，我和阿姨一家去外婆家住了几天。有一次，我看到有一两个十四、五岁的少年轻松地从距离河面有两米多高的桥向下跳跃。我心里很不服气，想：“你们能跳，凭什么我不能跳。”那时候，我都忘了自己只是个十一岁的少年罢了。结果，我蹲下去感到了一丝恐惧，可是还是毫不犹豫地跳了下去。“哇！”我大叫一声，一块坚硬的“盾牌”凭借强大的冲力挫伤了我的右脚。顿时疼痛像利剑一样穿透了我的心。弟弟在一旁呆了，马上去叫外婆，我那时已是疼痛不已，可我仍然顽固地爬上三楼。经过一段时间的休养后，我完全好了，又开始了快乐的生活。
由此可见，学会生存，学会自我保护是多么重要，成长中我们需要独立，但也不可能随意冒险。否则也许下一次等待你的就是重病、骨折、甚至于死亡……
我在生活的体验中感觉到了伤痛，从伤痛中学会了独立。所以，我们要学会生存自理、自我保护。我在此给大家一个忠告：如果你身处优越家庭，困难都有家人鼎力相助，我劝你应该学学鲁滨孙在荒岛上不怕困难、独立生存的精神；如果你生活在一般家庭，困难勉强能应付，我认为你可以加强自己的防范意识；如果你被贫困所烦扰，却在困难中学会独立，我认为你有了独立的力量和成熟的岁数，可以分担家庭的重任。无论什么时候，我们都要学会自我生存！
