　　The spring festival, also called Chinese New Year, enjoys a long history of over 4,000 years. Unlike other festivals, the Spring festival is a period of time, rather than a single day. It startsfrom the first day of a new year and ends on January 15th, , of course in the Chinese lunarcalendar.
