  本课围绕话题trip 展开的教学内容。主要能理解客人所需要,向其提供最合适的旅游地方。所以,我爽性把这节课的名字改为Look for a good place for a trip. 在引入话题时,为了让学生了解我国各个省的代表名胜,我出示一幅地图,从地图里圈出某个省,再问学生他们去这个省的话会选择去什么地方,同时学会somewhere +形容词以及课文中出现的重点词组和短遇。如:in eastern China, provide…with, outdoor activities, a room with a kitchen, a place with a big poor.在介绍到北京时,学会谚语:Chinese people often say, “Those who have never been to the Great Wall will never be heroes.” 在介绍广西时,学会谚语:people often say, “Guilin scenery is the finest under heaven.” 在二次开发了中国各省名胜和去那里的原因后,进入到书本阅读文章的学习。

  为了使学生明白文章的结构,我出示了一个图表:trip: where –when-who-what-why-how, 让学生找出这个顾客想去旅游的各项信息。这样,对课文进行了综合整理,就变得简单多了,思路也清晰多了!为了迎合初三听力考试的需要,我把文章挖空了几处重点地方,让学生进行听填信息训练,使文章的大意进一步理解,再来找出这位顾客想去的这个地方是怎样的,填出六点相关信息。

  这样,学生如果要写自己的旅游计划,就可以从这个方面描写。为了使学生尽早感受到初三的口语考试题型,我设计了五题情景对话,也在同时教会学生从情景找关键词。为使学习效果更好,我到后部分时设计了一个挖空作文,教会学生从这几个方面写回信给顾客,介绍相应的好地方给他。到了整个课的最后环节,为了使所学知识得到运用,我设计了菊城假期的几个旅游胜地,让学生在小组内讨论:Where would you like to visit? Who would you like to go with? When would you like to leave? How would you like to go there? How long would you like to be away? What would you like to do there? Why would you like to go there? 讨论完后写成信息,串成一篇回信,从菊城假期的几个旅游胜地选个地方介绍给他。这样一来,学生所学的知识就可以达到学以致用了!

  书本的知识毕竟是有限的,但作为老师,必须从点点滴滴想事情,研究大纲要求、初三升学要求,对课本进行有效的二次开发,这样做才能达到教学目的。
